We send your pricing request directly to the pricing engines of the respective
investment banks, using either their API or E-Mail pricer.
Yes. Depending on the platform we can seamlessly integrate your account into LevineX.
That means whenever you price through LevineX, your existing counterparty knows that you
are pricing.
With some other, this is unfortunately not yet possible. But should you trade based on
the prices shown and have an existing relationship with the respective issuer, we will
fully disclose your identity.
Yes you can. There are three ways to trade on a price shown
- Directly through our pricing engine.
- You can copy the pricing and create a full RFQ based on it.
- Or, if you lack trading permission, send the trade to your execution desk to close it.
No worries. Even if you lack trading permission, you can still send the pricing to your
internal execution desk and they will then execute the trade on your behalf.
Yes. If you like a pricing you generated and want to share it with a colleague you can
do so.
He will then get an e-mail with the link to your pricing.
For the time being we offer all sorts of Reverse Convertibles (including
autocallability, issuer callability, floor, conditional coupons, snowball coupon, etc.)
as well as outperformance certificates. In the coming months we will add a lot of
additional payoffs.
This highly depends on the issuers. Some are very quick while with others it might take
3-5 minutes until we get an automated response.
Of course you can. If the issuer supports termsheet generation we will provide you with
them as well. That way you can have a look at the indicative terms before trading.
Yes. As long as our pricer supports the payoff you can reprice any product with just one
click.
Yes. You can send out an RFQ if the size is greater than 100'000 USD equivalent.
Nevertheless, some issuers apply stricter minimum sizes and might only be available at
larger sizes.
If you want to trade a product below our minimum, please use our automated pricing
engine.
Yes, you can integrate your existing counterparties into LevineX, allowing you to send
RFQs directly to them within the platform.
LevineX can facilitate access to a network of counterparties through its platform
partnerships.
It is free. We don't see why we should charge you for forwarding an email.
We support almost all flow payoffs and can, due to our modular models, integrate new
payoffs very fast.
Settlement is done directly between your custodian bank and the issuer. We will provide
you with all the necessary information to make this process as easy as possible.
Yes, you can modify your RFQ while the bidding process is still open. The platform
allows for updates until the RFQ is finalized or closed.
Yes, LevineX supports last-look processes allowing you to grant one or multiple
counterparties a final review before trade execution.
You can cancel an RFQ at any time before final execution through the platform interface.
Cancelled RFQs are logged for audit purposes.
If the quotes do not meet you expectations, you can always cancel an RFQ at any time.
Nevertheless, we suggest you get an indicative pricing before sending out a firm
request.
The pricer sends your product directly to the automated pricing engines of the
respective issuers.
On the other hand, the RFQ is sent to your (or our) sales team at the issuer. Usually
they might improve the quote.
After closing the trade, the issuer is asked to provide us the final termsheet. Once
received it will be parsed fully automatically by our parsing engine and all missing
fields are populated.
Yes, fees are clearly disclosed within the platform prior to trade execution, ensuring
full transparency.
Yes, LevineX generates a best-execution report for each completed RFQ to document
compliance and trade quality.
LevineX provides a curated feed of investment ideas from multiple sources
- Community Trades: Popular trades from peers and other market participants.
- AI-based Ideas: Suggestions based on client preferences, market signals, and machine learning models. (coming soon)
- Issuer Promoted Ideas: Trade ideas submitted directly by issuers based on current market conditions. (coming soon)
Yes, you can customize the ideas feed by setting filters for underlying assets, payoff
types and other preferences. This ensures relevance to your client or

Yes, you can enter your own investment idea parameters and get an indicative price using
the built-in pricer. You can then turn it into a tradeable RFQ if desired.
Yes, you can validate third-party ideas by repricing them within LevineX. You can
review key terms, market parameters, and receive a quote to compare with the
original suggestion.
Yes, you can re-request any previously traded product. This is useful when similar
market conditions arise or a client wants to replicate / roll a structure they already own.
Yes, LevineX allows you to reprice existing products based on updated market data. This
is especially useful for ongoing portfolio monitoring or secondary market activity.
Yes, partial sales of positions are supported, depending on issuer terms and market
liquidity. You can initiate a secondary sale request directly through the platform.
Yes, you can assign a product to multiple advisors within your organization. This
ensures accurate reporting, tracking, and portfolio attribution across your team.
Yes, you can manually or automatically register existing products on LevineX, even if
they were traded outside the platform. This enables full lifecycle monitoring and
portfolio integration.
Termsheets and related documents are stored securely within the platform. They are
accessible from the product detail view and can also be included in portfolio or client
reports.
LevineX monitors key life-cycle events such as fixings, barrier observations, coupon
payments, maturities, and early redemptions. You’ll be notified about
any relevant updates automatically.
You receive notifications via email for upcoming or completed events. In addition,
key events are visible in your dashboard.
Yes, you can manage your notification preferences in your account settings and choose
which event types trigger email alerts.
Weekly emails summarize relevant upcoming events across your portfolios — such as
coupon dates, maturities, or earnings for linked underlyings. They help you stay
ahead and support your client interactions.
Yes, you can create as many portfolios as you need to organize products by client,
strategy, or advisory team
Yes, you can define the portfolio reporting currency. All product values are
converted automatically using live FX data.
No manual cleanup needed. Products are automatically marked as matured or redeemed,
and their values are updated accordingly in the portfolio overview
Yes, you can generate professional PDF reports with performance charts, maturity
profiles, and cash flow projections — ready to send to clients.
LevineX sends daily and weekly emails about upcoming product events, pricing
activity, RFQ updates, and new investment ideas. You can choose what’s relevant to

Yes, you can easily manage your mailing preferences in your user settings and decide
which topics and frequencies suit your workflow
You can set up a delegate or backup user in your account settings. Notifications and
task alerts will be forwarded to them during your absence.
Yes. We store the data that is required to provide the services, such as name, email,
company affiliation and usage behavior.
All data is hosted in the EU with reputable cloud providers, fully
compliant with GDPR and Swiss data protection laws.
We use a combination of data sources, including SIX and other institutional-grade vendors,
